Happy Narwhal

Narwhal merman! He likes star gazing and goofing off.
Not much else to say about him yet. :I

There are a few things I need to tweak about his design but, for the most part, I'm pretty happy with how he looks.

EDIT: The sparkles in the bg don't belong to me, I got them from someone else whose name I do not remember. I'll put the link up when I find it.
